RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGE POLICY AND SHIPPING
Returns & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges since each product is an edible product and handmade after receiving the order.
If you change your mind after placing the order or an unfortunate event occurs, we do accept cancellations provided we have not completed your order. Typical orders are started 1-5 days working days before postage. If we have not started the order, we will issue a full refund.
For all UK shipping you can choose from First class (1-3 working day), Second class (2-4 working days) and Next day delivery. The Royal Mail does not guarantee these time limits but usually are accurate. If you would like to be able to track your item, please purchase tracking as an addition to your cake wrap order. All European and Overseas Orders your tracking is incorporated in your postage price. When we post all items we get proof of postage from the Post office. Once you item has been posted we have no control over what happens to your order. If an item goes missing we can send you a photo of the proof of purchase. You can then put a claim in for that item. A claim with the Royal Mail can take up to 4 weeks to be processed. We are not liable for items that go missing once they are shipped.
